September Fest – September 5-7, 2009
CPAAAS volunteers once again did a great job working at the Schaumburg Police Department tent at September Fest this year over the Labor Day weekend. We had two alumni working the CPAAAS table, two at another table making buttons for the children and another alumnus at the Crime Prevention table assisting the Department and promoting the next Citizen Police Academy class in October. On Labor Day, only CPAAAS volunteers were manning the police booth and did a great job representing the department. We also participated in the annual parade on Labor Day morning.
