MID-JUNE CPAAAS NEWS
Greetings CPAAAS Members:
• Paula Emerson, Schaumburg Crime Prevention Specialist will be presenting at our June 28th general meeting.
Paula will speak to the issue of personal safety in your car, at home, and while out and about in the community.
Additionally, John Mydlach will be signing CPAAAS members up for assisting at Septemberfest.
We are in high hopes that you will be able to attend this meeting and consider helping out some at Septemberfest.
• The gift wrap party in December will be on Sunday, December 16th.
Please reserve some time on your calendar for wrapping presents for needy individuals and families.
Last December, we met at Carla’s association clubhouse on Salem Drive and Carla reports that we are booked again for 3 p.m. on 12-16.

• The CPAAAS Pool Party will be on Saturday, July 21st at 1 p.m. at Tom Kaczmarek’s house.
Please call and let him know if you are attending and learn if there is a dish that can be brought.
• Fuddruckers on July 3rd and the Open Board Meeting will be on July 9th
• Kim Searson and Phyllis Shoemaker are our newest CPAAAS dues paying members. Welcome Kim and Phyllis!
• This news sheet is arriving early this month as a result of family out of state travel plans.
• Approximately a dozen CPAAAS members helped out at the Police and Fire Memorial Program on June 2nd.
As a result of the fine turnout, some members assisted the fire department with their needs during the ceremony. Many thanks to all who were able to help.
